No. Right now it does nothing. It's a feature I've never had the time to implement. I may get to it at some point, but I don't have a timeline yet, as it is definitely non-trivial.

Mostly doing my builds by hand now and just using the planner to check details, as I find it quicker to look at a more compact format. Plus half the detail like skill point targets, HP, AC have to be figured manually.
I'm just throwing my hat in and will do whatever I can to help this along.

It's going to be a few weeks before we get to this system. I think I may have finished the epic level update today (pending review by you guys for bugs). But then we also have the Printout revamp update, and the Epic Destinies update in line.
But in the meantime, if you want to start thinking about what commands we are going to want to have, by all means feel free. We probably ought to discuss what the UI will look like (I'm thinking basically two columns, one for code input, and a second that shows you what the output would look like [given the currently loaded character build]).
