Lich Form Enhancement Type - First Commit

Hey Ron,

I submitted my first commit today, I hope I did it all correctly. The Lich Form enhancement said it was only active for three minutes, I modified it to get rid of that part. Wasn't sure how big the Message box was or how technical you wanted it to be so I included an attempt at humor and the point of the commit. If there is anything wrong with my commit, or you have proc's in place for message format etc, please let me know.
