Named Docents are not showing up, similar to what Khopesh was doing before.
Adamantine property it not being added to named items. I played around with it some, but did not want to do too many changes without input.

Trying to make the Power Drain item effect remove SP. Set the mod type to penalty, but did not work. Wondering if penalties have not been put in for SP.
Fixed my adamantine problem. I had put a ; in instead of a , half way through the static effects, which caused a couple other missing effects.
