    Default Milestone 6

This is the thread for the upcoming Milestone 6 release. I will give progress reports and release estimates in this thread up until the release.

As I write this, work on M6 is pretty slow. I'm taking it easy after the intense coding that went into Milestone 5. But that's not to say no work has been done. In fact, I've rewritten a good deal of the code that was the main part of Milestone 5, which is world building. And looking for a few bugs that have cropped up here and there.

Don't worry, I'll be ramping back up soon. I don't want to burn out yet. I'm hoping that the release of M6 will be a bit more timely than M5 was, which had the dubious distinction of being the longest of our Milestone so far.

    More information to come.

    Hey guys,

Sorry for the absence. Having put out five milestones over the course of about a year and a half, I felt it was time to take a bit of a break. Recharge the batteries, as it were After the intense work that was M5 especially, I was a bit burned out. So it was time to give it a rest for a little while.

I've taken the time to do a bit of writing (not fiction, you guys have seen my fiction, I'm not all that good at it, heh). It took me about a month (from the very end of October to the beginning of December) to write a 150 page document. I'm now about 40 pages into a second one, which will be my last for quite some time.

Concurrently, I have been working on the DDO planner, and that is getting an update shortly. So once I finish that and the second document, I'll be back to MD. Figure maybe another month or so, plus or minus.

I'll post here when I start up M6 in full force again.
