Okay, I like it. Couple of suggestions.

One: You are wasting enhancements. Open Lock and Disable Device enhancements will do you no good because you never put any points into either of those skills. If you don't put at least one point into each of those skills, you cannot use them at all. Therefore the enhancements are doing nothing for you.

Two: A 12 CON is pretty low. You usually don't want to skimp on con. If you were to drop your int from 18 to 16, you would free up 4 points, which you could use to increase your con by 2 (thus getting you an extra 20 HP by level 20). I know you are after those extra 4 skill points at level 1 and 1 skill point on the other levels, but you have to ask yourself if it's worth it.

Three: I'd like to see more Extra Lay On Hands in there. Right now, you have two LoHs per rest

Four: No Unyeilding Sovereignty?

Five: If you are going to take an exotic weapon, consider Khopesh. It's the best exotic in the game.

Anyway, just suggestions, feel free to ignore them (except for number 1). Not a bad build at all, I like the concept. All wand access, some self healing (not as much as the cleric build, obviously, but enough to get you by as long as you have wands as a backup). Good Will save and good BAB. You should be able to take it pretty far.

There is still a problem i think with evasion. I think it those not work with full plate.

Correct. You cannot evade in heavy armor.

Looks like a good build. I don't really have any critiques. As long as you can keep the self-healing up without burning through all your profits in potions and wands, you will be in good shape, I'd say.
