Manifest Destiny, Milestone 5, CG32.dll, and You - 10-24-08 19:19 - RonHiler

Due to a compilation setting error, a debug dependency was mistakenly left in the release build of the last version of Manifest Destiny. What that means to you is that virtually no one has been able to run the newest release of the game. So no, it's not just you!

If you downloaded the last version and got an error relating to CG32.dll, head back over to the download page and pick up the replacement build. The dependency has been removed and the game should run without error.

Make sure when you run the program you see "Manifest Destiny - Version 0.200.m5.r2" across the top of the window (if you are running in Windowed Mode). This is the latest version.

Manifest Destiny reaches another milestone with the fifth release in the series (with an expected 25 total releases to gold).

This release focuses on the world building aspect, giving the players a place to call home. World building will be carried into Milestone 6, so this is only half the world building process. Currently, it is not possible to save the world or bring the world over onto the main game screen. You may, however, see the world develop on the game creation section of the game.

Manifest Destiny Milestone 3 has been uploaded and is available for download and testing. Check the download page under "Game 1: Manifest Destiny - Download" on the right. You can also peruse the new screens in this version on the screenshot page.

The newest build of MD was posted on Novemeber 3rd. With this version, the World screen was incorporated into the game. Be sure to check out the latest version by going to the download page. Screenshots have been posted in the Screens page (links to the right)

Manifest Destiny Version M1 Has Arrived! - 10-04-07 19:21 - RonHiler

Manifest Destiny Milestone 1 has been completed, and you may download the M1 version by clicking on the download link on the right (or just head over to http://www.rjcyberware.com/md/download.html [^] ).

Note that MD requires DirectX 9.0c. Instructions on where to get this (if you don't already have it) are included on the download page. Be sure to report any bugs you run across!
