Tier Level 8 This tier level is very similar to 7, in that it has the same number of contacts (6), the same number of story arcs (6) and the same number of badge missions (2). Just like tier 7, you will start off with only 5 of the 6 possible contacts, but will pick up the last contact during the course of completing missions.
