Tier Level 5 The total number of contacts at tier 5 dramatically drops from 30 (in tier 4) down to only 9, but the number of missions and badges actually goes up as compares to the previous tier. As a result, every contact has a story arc and possibly a badge mission as well. The first of the story arcs at this tier is Ubelmann the Unknown. Both of these Mutation contacts will also give you the Redeemer badge mission. Note that there is only one contact that can give out this mission (Christine Landsdale). As the only representative of the Naturalists at this tier, you are guaranteed to get her as a contact.
