Tier Level 4
The total number of contacts at tier 4 increases to 30 (there were only 20 of them at tier 3). Only 22 of them will offer you a story arc or badge mission. Once again, at the completion of each of the story arcs, you will be offered a Dual Origin Enhancement (once you return to your contact after the final misson), so make sure you have an open enhancement slot available when you get to the end.
The first of the story arcs at this tier is The Wheel of Destruction, which will be your first encounter with the Banished Paratheon, and is given to you by your Mage contact. The contacts on this list will also offer you a badge mission that involves both the Banished Panatheon and the Circle of Thorns. The arc is offered by the following contacts:
